Managing Customer Communications

With the ongoing Postal strikes affecting companies both across the region and the UK, we now hear that a national strike is likely to go ahead starting on October 22nd. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/8304537.stm

I understand that companies cannot move away entirely from physical delivery using a postal service. Parcels cannot be delivered via the Internet........yet. But one of the most frustrating and costly implications for business's is non-payment for products and services due to Invoices not reaching clients. So, at this point is it not a good time to consider electronic invoicing for all of your clients?
