Have you stopped to consider what your SEM company are doing when they are not working for you? If you haven't then maybe you should consider asking them. No SEM company can survive on a single client, so it's more than likely that at any time they are working on multiple projects simultaneously. But what if they're working on two projects for competing companies? How is that handled, do they use seperate staff - do they sign confidentially agreements not to share your marketing plans. Certainly we wouldn't suggest any company would do this deliberately, but it's always possible that during some small talk - information may slip out.
