Twitter Update

For those of you who may be questioning the appeal of using Twitter as part of your social media strategy, news comes of big changes which make Twitter far more attractive.

Twitter has signed deals with both Google and Microsoft allowing then acces to Twitter's data for search. What this means is that Twitter real-time updates will be included within their search results at some point in the near future. Microsofts search engine - Bing is a step ahead though with Twitter updates already being included in the US only Beta version. So it's likely to launch first.

Facebook also looks to be negotiating a similar deal - what this space.
